Dear Friends and Supporters,

You can now view the latest Lifeline newsletter here. You will see Lifeline has had another busy and successful year in 2014 with increased demands on all our services. We continue to offer counselling both in our offices on Haddington Place and at West Lothian College, allowing us to help people to manage difficult life situations. We have also had a rise in Practical Help requests, which we are only able to fill thanks to the good quality donations we receive.

None of the work we do at Lifeline would be possible without the support of so many different people. We’re incredibly lucky to have a determined and fantastic group of volunteers, staff, fundraisers and donors. We’d love to be able to thank each of these people individually; the contributions they make to our work cannot be measured.

2014 was also a difficult year for Lifeline financially. We’re pleased to say that our situation is significantly improved in 2015, but as demand for our services increases we cannot be complacent. We have a number of fundraising events planned for the rest of this year,  starting with our very successful Sponsored Walk which takes place on Saturday the 11th of April.

We have included a Standing Order Mandate in with this letter and we would be very grateful if you would consider committing a small donation of £2 or £5 a month to provide us with a regular, reliable income stream.

Whether you are able to support us financially or not, we are as always grateful for your ongoing interest and support.

Yours Faithfully,

Anthea Donaghue
